Five thematic workshops were implemented in the Pilot Incubator during November 2025.
The first four workshops, held on 11.11.2025, 12.11.2025, 20.11.2025 and 21.11.2025, focused on the topic “Business Model Canvas”, where participants actively developed components of their own business ideas and gained skills for structuring a sustainable business model.
The final workshop, held on 24.11.2025, was dedicated to the topic “Consumer Profile”, where young participants worked on defining target groups, understanding customer needs, and creating value for the market.
Additionally, at the Info Desk, young people received individual consulting sessions on self-employment, support for developing business ideas, guidance related to the legal aspects of starting their own business, as well as information on available training opportunities and youth entrepreneurship programmes.
The activities will continue in the upcoming months, with the aim of supporting young people in developing practical skills, accessing relevant resources, and building successful entrepreneurial pathways.
