On 25 February 2026, the second roundtable was held with the participation of 26 representatives from companies, institutions, and the education sector.
The discussion focused on regulatory and operational barriers limiting private sector involvement, especially SMEs and craft businesses in practical training and dual education, as well as opportunities to strengthen cooperation between schools and companies.
As a conclusion, the need for systematic and institutionalized cooperation, supported by appropriate regulatory solutions and incentive mechanisms, was emphasized. As a final outcome, proposals for legislative and by-law amendments will be developed and submitted to the competent institutions.
